Greg Newman
With over 20 years of industry experience, Mr. Newman has made contributions to many of the technology's industry’s leading firms. Greg began his career in 1985 at Apple Computer where he helped position desktop publishing in the marketing group. In 1988 Greg was on the founding team of Macromedia (acquired by Adobe 2006) helping establish the company as the dominant market share holder in multimedia authoring. In 1992 he once again joined Apple Computer and served as Sr. Manager for the multimedia division introducing the world to QuickTime. In 1993 as the Sr. Director of Marketing and Product Management for e-commerce and Internet technologies at Oracle Corporation, Greg was one of the driving forces for Oracle's entry into the Internet age. He then became Co-founder and Executive VP of Sales and Marketing of C2B Technologies, a revolutionary e-commerce infrastructure company. C2B was ultimately acquired by Internet infrastructure giant, Inktomi Corporation (acquired by YHOO in 2003). In July of 1999 Greg left Inktomi to start Integrity Partners with long time business partner Scott Walchek. Greg sits on the board of directors of a biotech company, several non-profits. He's married, has 4 children and is an avid Porsche fan.

Kevin Clark
Mr. Clark combines training in law and technology with over 12 years of experience in the wireless telecommunications industry. As an engineer at Qualcomm, he designed integrated circuits for satellite and cellular wireless applications, lead teams designing industry-leading code division multiple access (CDMA) chips for use in second and third generation cellular systems, and later, as a patent agent, secured and managed intellectual property, primarily patent prosecution and licensing. As founding partner of Silicon Edge Law Group LLP, Kevin helped form a unique firm specializing in helping high-tech companies develop, protect, and enhance their intellectual assets and shareholder value. Kevin joined Integrity Partners shortly after its formation, evaluating investment opportunities and working alongside entrepreneurs in portfolio companies, providing strategy, fundraising, and M&A analysis. Kevin graduated with honors with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley. Kevin also holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at San Diego and a J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he graduated Order of the Coif.

Stephen Beck
Mr. Beck is a serial entrepreneur having started several successful companies over a twenty-year career in a wide spectrum of industries. At the age of 23, Stephen co-founded CCS which grew to become the world’s largest action sports mail-order and e-commerce business and was later acquired by Alloy Inc. (ALOY). In 1995 Stephen turned his focus to technology joining the founding team of C2B Technologies, purchased by internet infrastructure giant, Inktomi (and later Yahoo - YHOO) where he played a leadership role in e-commerce business development. Later, as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Hydration Technologies, Mr. Beck helped raise Series B and C venture financing and oversaw strategic marketing and dramatic revenue growth. In 2000, Stephen joined the founding team of Integrity Partners where his operational experience was leveraged in due diligence, operational assistance, and eventual board participation at Synteleos, SovPro, and Baidu, China’s leading technology company. At Baidu, Mr. Beck helped form the early marketing strategy and raised the Series B financing. Stephen received his Bachelors degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and later performed graduated studies at both Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and Fuller Theological Seminary.
